Embarking on the Kailash Mansarovar pilgrimage is a sacred commitment. At kailashyatra.asia, we understand the planning and preparation involved, and we strive for transparency regarding potential changes in your journey. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which your pilgrimage payment might be refunded.

Please read carefully before booking your Pilgrimage:

Non-refundable Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000 for Indian and Nepalese citizens and US$ 500 for other nationalities applies to all bookings. This covers essential administrative and planning costs incurred upon confirmation.

Cancellations Initiated by You:

• 151 days or beyond prior to departure: Full refund except the non-refundable deposit.
• 46-150 days prior to departure: 70% of your payment refund except the non-refundable deposit.
• 31-45 days prior to departure: 35% of your payment refund except the non-refundable deposit.
• 0-30 days prior to departure: No refund as final logistical arrangements and commitments are in place.

Cancellations Due to Visa Rejection:

• If your visa application is denied by the Chinese government, a cancellation fee of Rs. 25,000 + visa processing charges for Indian and Nepalese citizens and US$ 500 + visa processing charges for others will be applicable.

Cancellations Beyond Our Control:

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, earthquakes, political unrest, or war, cancellations may be necessary. Full refunds will be provided, except for the non-refundable deposit, if cancellation occurs more than 150 days before departure. For cancellations within 150 days of departure, the refund percentage will be determined based on the schedule mentioned above.

• All dates are tentative and subject to change. We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments.
• All package rates are based on current visa fees and government service taxes. Any price increases will be at your cost, or we have the right to adjust the package price.
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your pilgrimage.
