Depending on how you use the website, we may collect contact details, citizenship, traveller names and dates of birth, package choices, departure dates, stay categories, special requests, enquiry messages, quotation records, account details, order information and payment status. Payment-card data is handled by the enabled payment provider and is not stored as full card data by this website.
Why we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, calculate the correct market price, create and manage quotations, validate traveller criteria, operate bookings and instalments, provide customer accounts, communicate service information, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting duties.
Sharing and international operations
Information is shared only as reasonably required with hosting, email, payment, transport, accommodation, permit, border-support and other operational providers involved in the selected journey, or where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell traveller records.
Measurement choices
Essential storage supports site security, accounts, quotations, carts and bookings. Optional Google and Meta measurement remains denied until consent. Traveller dates of birth, citizenship, passport or health details, special requests, quotation values and payment-form data must not be sent as analytics or advertising event parameters.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for service, safety, dispute, accounting and legal purposes. We use access controls, encryption in transit, updates and backups, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
