We strive to provide the best possible experience and clarity when it comes to your pilgrimage details and potential changes. This page outlines our Cancellation Policy and Terms of Service to ensure a smooth and informed journey.

Please read carefully before booking your pilgrimage:

Cancellation Policy:

• Non-refundable Deposit: A minimum non-refundable deposit of Rs. 25,000 for Indian and Nepalese citizens and US$ 500 for other nationalities applies to all bookings. This covers essential administrative and planning costs incurred upon confirmation.
• Visa Rejection: If your visa application is denied by the Chinese government, a cancellation fee of Rs. 25,000 + visa processing charges for Indian and Nepalese citizens and US$ 500 + visa processing charges for others will be applicable.
• Force Majeure Events: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, earthquakes, political unrest, or war, cancellations may be necessary. Full refunds will be provided, except for the non-refundable deposit, if cancellation occurs more than 150 days before departure. For cancellations within 150 days of departure, the refund percentage will be determined based on the following schedule:
  • 46-150 days prior to departure: 70% refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • 31-45 days prior to departure: 35% refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
  • 0-30 days prior to departure: No refund due to final logistical arrangements and commitments.
• Cancellations at your request: Please note that cancellations initiated by you will also be subject to the above-mentioned refund schedule. We encourage you to carefully consider your commitment before booking.

Terms of Service:

• Respectful Conduct: As you embark on this spiritual journey, remember to be respectful of local customs, cultures, and laws. Avoid discussing sensitive political or religious topics in public.
• Group Travel: Due to regulations in Tibet, moving outside designated areas or traveling alone is strictly prohibited. Please stay with your designated group for the duration of the pilgrimage.
• Flexibility: Itinerary adjustments may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions. We reserve the right to make these changes, prioritizing the safety and well-being of the group. Any additional costs incurred due to such changes will be borne by the participants.
• Accommodation: While we strive to provide comfortable accommodations, please be aware that facilities in the Tibet region may be basic and lack some amenities like private toilets or showers. Adaptability and acceptance are key aspects of this transformative journey.
• Regulations: Tibetan laws and regulations are subject to change. We will do our best to keep you informed and prepared for any updates.
• Adverse Conditions: In case of severe weather, unforeseen circumstances, or natural disasters, cancellations or adjustments may be necessary. Additional costs may be incurred in such situations.
• Group Departure: All members of the pilgrimage group must adhere to the planned departure and return schedule.
• Tentative Dates: Please note that provided dates are subject to change based on travel and permit approvals. We reserve the right to make any necessary modifications.
• Price Fluctuations: Visa fees and government taxes may change. You will be responsible for any additional costs due to such fluctuations. We reserve the right to adjust package prices accordingly.
• Typos and Errors: If you notice any errors in the itinerary or information provided, please let us know so we can promptly rectify them.
