These terms apply to this website, its private pilgrimage packages, enquiries, quotations, bookings, payments and customer accounts. By submitting information or making a payment, you confirm that the details supplied are accurate and that you have reviewed the selected package, inclusions, exclusions and applicable policies.
Packages and availability
Published routes, dates, accommodation and transport remain subject to operational conditions, permits, weather, border procedures and supplier confirmation. Enquiry-only routes do not enter WooCommerce checkout and are not confirmed by submitting an enquiry.
Prices, quotations and payments
The live price or valid written quotation shown for the selected citizenship market, stay category, departure and traveller count controls the booking. A quotation is valid only until its displayed expiry time. The initial booking amount shown at checkout is non-refundable in all circumstances. Remaining payments must follow the schedule shown in the quotation, order and My Account.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers must provide correct names, citizenship, dates of birth and contact details; maintain suitable travel documents and insurance; obtain medical advice appropriate to high-altitude travel; and follow safety and operational instructions. Submitting information does not guarantee eligibility, permits or carriage.
Changes and interruptions
Routes, timings, stays and transport may change for safety or operational reasons. Any cancellation or eligible refund is handled under the cancellation terms accepted for the booking. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account and password-setting links secure. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected material for commercial use or submit unlawful content. Comments remain disabled.
